Reading the article where he explains it a bit more fully, I understand what he’s saying. I wonder, why expect someone who is used to performing at the higher level of competition to re-do the areas that came before. It’s like asking an Olympic Hockey player to play with a high-school JV team, without telling him that they aren’t professionals. And I agree with Spinks for the most part when he said this, “Don’t assume that because someone wears a hardcore guild tag it means that they’ll be good at playing at your level.”
