For those of us with feed readers, this morning we got a message from Raegn over at Fires of WAR saying that he was out of the blogging business. Nice post, yadda yadda, and I got a cameo in it. Then he took it down and posted a little message saying that he didn’t mean to post it, he just had it prepared for the day when he’d need to use it.
Dude. That’s like being able to see into the FUTURE.
Thanks for a good chuckle… Lord knows I’ve made a few blogging slipups in my day.
Should I have an I Quit post ready to go? I feel unprepared now.
I would guess that day would be soon.
Pre-writing I quit posts is now all the rage. I’m going to write one this evening.
I believe this is the “nip slip” of blogging?
So, you see, this one time Raegn got worried about his priorities and his flagging interest in LotRO and other MMOs.
And um, on that day, he made the choice the first post indicated. Then he got nostalgic and decided he didn’t want to close a door on something he enjoyed doing.

It’s better to write one first, since you can’t/won’t write one when you really quit.
In fact, I am making blog to collect all the “forgotten” info of WAR when people are still playing it
