I always love seeing the creativity and devotion players have in superhero games when it comes to creating outfits, and it’s almost as fun to see people try to recreate their favorite heroes with the tools provided. Over on the Champions forums, Cambia decided to put Champions’ character creator to the test and see how the Watchmen might look in the game. The results? Not half bad:

Impressed especially that they managed to get Rorschach looking really close, tho obviously the mask will stay static.

One other thing: One of the best costumes I saw in CoH was someone who looked almost exactly like Samas Aran, the heroine from the Metroid series. The character’s name was “Ms. Aran”.

With the extra costumes you can have later in the game (first one’s at level 16) all you’ll need to to for Rorschac is change his mask pattern
And since you can have different costumes for different builds, he can change his mask whenever he changes build (ie, one for Tanking, one for soloing etc)
I’m pretty sure you’d get Genericed if you did something like that

Is there a way to save out costume codes or something or other people can easily import someone elses design?
I saw two people who managed to recreate the characters of Scorpion and Reptile from Mortal Combat to great affect…wish I’d taken a screenie :-\
I saw that Rorschach toon in the game the other day. When I saw him I thought it was pretty cool. I’ve seen some dead on Hulk and Iron man ones too. I also saw someone named Zealot that totally looked like one from Warhammer.
