Making It As A MMO Blogger

  1. Start a blog
  2. Talk about online games and try not to misspell “MMO” too often (“MOO!”)

If you need more advice from a bunch of bloggers (including myself) who were invited to chat with Massively about several related subjects, head over there to read the piece.

Grr blocked from work, but What do you consider “Making it” ?

I didn’t read all of it. Any of it, really, but I’m almost certain that it had something to do with ninjas.

  3. Hehe, there’s no ladies there… wonder if that has something to do with it? Totally kidding by the way.

Hmmmm maybe I need to take a look for how many times I’ve spelled MOO instead of MMO. Bum bum buuuuuum

  4. Fuzzy

“A MOO (MUD, object oriented) is a text-based online virtual reality system to which multiple users (players) are connected at the same time.”

Maybe the misspelling was intentional? ;)

  5. Yeah, no lookie at worky for me either.

But funny side note: after the podcast Friday, I made a very sarcastic comment about being taken seriously because I write on a blog, and Shannon (Zeli) followed up with, “Yeah, you have a blog, not just anybody can…oh”

    =D

  6. Misspellings can be pretty useful sometimes. I got a bunch of traffic from misspelling a game title once!

And a nice article from Massively :) No Tobold though? Surprising.

  7. Moo.. Does it count if I have a cow on my page instead? You get a cookie if you can find it!

My son told me, the other day, I had a post that said sever instead of server. It sat there for a few days like that lol.

  8. I think the problem with making it as a blogger is that you need to have intelligent and interesting things to say to be successful. This is an issue that I don’t just wrestle with in my blog but in my life in general.

@ Berath – Yup, that’s pretty much it!
