The STO 404 page during beta (iirc) was a cartoon recounting how one Cryptic staff went out to buy lunch in their STO shirt and was asked if they were working on STO. Problem was that the title hadn’t been formally announced at that point, so they had to lie about it.
And I think the ChampO one was Edgar Allen Poe’s “The Raven” re-written around “404″ not “nevermore”.
