Syp, take a look at GamerDNA. You can aggregate all this stuff on that site, integrate it with Twitter, Facebook, Xfire, Steam and more. You also get a custom domain name for your profile page. Peek at mine for example:

I’m actually running an experiment over at Trembling Hand, asking MMO bloggers to list the MMOs they’ve played and which ones they’ve enjoyed.
