Dude! Pokemon Black and White, March 6th!
Also TOR is supposed to be out in March too.
“Also TOR is supposed to be out in March too.”
Uh, no.
The closest they’ve come is saying “spring 2011”. And while, granted, spring starts at the end of March, it’s still spring well into June.
Personally I wouldn’t expect TOR before June (late May at the earliest) and that’s only if they do make it in time for the end of spring, which at the moment I find unlikely.
Back on topic; yeah, March looks to have some good releases. But then there’s a lot of good stuff coming out this year.
Ayane – I’m going with a late-April/early-May date myself, but yeah, they could wait until after E3 for sure.
@Wilhelm – Dude! No! Heh.
Rumor this morning on Ask a Jedi for TOR is now September.http://www.askajedi.com/2011/01/26/the-old-republic-to-be-released-this-fall/
My daughter is so stoked for 2 weeks of spring break at the end of March since she will have Dragon Age 2 and Sims Medieval to play. I’m so jealous.
@Syp – Sure, you say “no” now, but some day, something withing you will say, “Pikachu!” That, or your kids will get into it. That is what happened to me.
And Black and White will not only outsell any individual item on that list, I’d be willing to bet that it will outsell everything on your list combined… though the Sims could tilt the balance your way.
Pokemon – not to be taken lightly. (Or when operating heavy machinery, with alcohol, or if you have a heart condition.)
Ngh, I hear you, Syp.
Waiting for a lot of the things on that list… even… even the second to last one, truth be told. Although I’ll be buying that one under the guise of ‘for the wife’ and then perform some ‘testing’ on it to ‘ensure it is working properly’.
I thought Witcher 2 was a Marcher as well, but thankfully we get at least a couple months grace on that one, is coming out in mid May.
Fortunately, not waiting on Rift; so if I can pickup Wise Man’s Fear on Day 1, I might be able to just about finish it before Dragon Age 2 comes out. WH40k I can wait til end of month easily enough on. I want it, but not desperately.
The new EQ progression server launches in March too! Retro MMO action FTW 😀
I’m half tempted to give it a shot you know, Gordon.
I played EQ way late. Got a 30d trial that came with like 6 or so expansions. When EQ actually launched I was an Asheron’s Call man through and through.
But what I played of EQ I actually quite liked; so going back and seeing how it was at launch could be quite an adventure. 🙂
