The current Syp schedule

So I’ve been tweaking my schedule over the past couple of weeks, and I’m going to commit to this format for a good while to come:

  • Monday: The Secret World
  • Tuesday: EverQuest II
  • Wednesday: LOTRO
  • Thursday: Guild Wars 2
  • Friday: Fallen Earth
  • Sat/Sun: Anything goes

The “new” games in this rotation are EQ2 and Fallen Earth.  I have a hankering to return to Norrath and hang out with a few friends there, and perhaps whet my appetite for EverQuest Next some more.  Fallen Earth is a journey that I’d like to continue, even if it’s at a snail’s pace — that world is just too good to ignore, and sometimes I worry that it might be shut down on me before I get to see more of it.

I don’t foresee this changing for some time, but the option is always there if I get really bored with a title.  There’s not a lot in the immediate future that’s going to be released, as I’m primarily waiting on WildStar (and what will THAT do to this schedule, I have no idea).

A couple quick notes: I don’t exclusively play those titles on those days.  If I get a little bit of time here or there, I might pop in to do GW2 dailies or a few LOTRO quests, so these games do get more play during the week than the schedule suggests.  Also, I’m going to try to follow through more with talking about these games the next day — some TSW talk on Tuesday, EQ2 talk on Wednesday, and so on.  We’ll see how that goes!

  1. I still have no idea how you can schedule your game play so rigidly. If I ever followed a schedule like this I think it would only last a few days, maybe a week at most
